Delicious Food and excellent service, definitely recommend. Went with some family and friends and ordered some beef tacos and a torta completa everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection will be going back there again !
Genuine Taco Tuesday lunch or dinner. A great meal that will not break the bank. Try it. A neighborhood mom and pop. You will not be sorry.
Stopped in recently for my dad's & I's favourite past time... MEXICAN FOOD! As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the waitress Merlin. She was SO sweet & super attentive AND costa-rican! We chatted up a storm while our food was being made. The decor of Lo Nopales is super colorful & bright. Very clean & very festive with a beautiful mural of La Virgen de Guadalupe among other art pieces. As for food, We tried the Guacamole & Chips (delish!) I chose the Tlacoyos (2 OVAL BLUE CORN TORTILLAS, HANDMADE. STUFFED WITH CHEESE, NOPALES, PICO DE GALLO, ONION, CILANTRO AND FRESH CHEESE.) It was good but I was missing something. It needed something more. Maybe beans or more cheese or salsa. Just needed more. My dad chose the Chicken Mole & absolutely LOVED it! It was delicious & I wish I would have ordered that myself! The margaritas were also very good but nothing compared to the wonderful service provided by Merlin! She was such a sweetheart. Will definitely be back & suggest everyone pays them a visit!
Amazing always call ahead sometimes they're closed on random days for some reason. Food is great, tacos are tiny though.
Delicious and more fresh tasting than the usual tacos and tostadas. Really good flavorful and moist tamales too. The space is comfortable and clean and the service is lovely!
I am a Mexican American and have recently moved to coral gables from California. We have tried about a dozen so called "Mexican" restaurants. This is the first real Mexican food I have found. I am so happy - it is so good. Fresh tortillas, and the combination plates are served in the traditional plating fashion - with rice and beans. Fresh orchata is great too.
Great service nice atmosphere And the best part, good food. I'm recomending Gorditas, Tacos De Asada, Tacos Al Pastor and Asada Taco and ask for the MACHETE plate
We've been eyeing this place around the neighborhood for a while and we are so happy we decided to stop by for dinner! We came here on a Friday night around 7pm and there was plenty of space to sit. The drink deals are great and we got some beer and a margarita. We started with the chips and guacamole which were delicious! The table has 2 delicious mild and spicy sauces that go well with every dish! We then got the birria tacos which were absolutely amazing. I definitely recommend getting them. We also shared some carne asada nachos which were huge and very tasty! The service was very good - the waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. I am excited to have discovered such a great Mexican place near by and cannot wait to come back soon!
